The role of Supervisor or Shift Leader is central to the management team. This position is suited for proactive leaders who are dedicated to high standards and team development. Whether you're an existing team member aspiring to step into leadership or already experienced, you will oversee key restaurant sections such as the bar, food pass, or hosting during busy periods and manage the entire restaurant during quieter shifts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant independently during less busy times, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Lead by example during peak hours, taking full responsibility for the Pass, Bar, or Floor to maintain excellent service flow.
• Handle guest concerns promptly on the floor, delivering positive and satisfying solutions.
• Inspire and mentor Front of House staff to enhance their skills and provide exceptional hospitality experiences.
• Maintain high standards of dish presentation and overall restaurant quality to create memorable occasions.
• Ensure the restaurant environment remains safe, tidy, and welcoming for both team members and guests.
