Responsable Administratif et Financier (H/F)

Their expertise spans EPC projects, engineering, automation, commissioning, maintenance, fire and gas analysis, technical assistance, security, and cybersecurity.

They are currently seeking a Responsable Administratif et Financier (H/F) under an expatriation contract for Omexom Saudi, located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Omexom specializes in electric transmission networks and substations, managing EPC contracts and advanced inspection and maintenance services to ensure high reliability and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Group’s accounting, social, fiscal, and administrative regulations.
• Guarantee consistency and reliability of accounting, analytical, and financial information.
• Implement controls and alert mechanisms in day-to-day management.
• Lead quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial closures.
• Monitor fiscal issues, control stable establishments, and oversee local project shares under execution.
• Manage budget tracking for operations and dispute resolutions.
• Oversee currency hedging challenges, fund repatriation, and local banking relationships.
• Supervise guarantee issuance and the establishment of agreements or protocols.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery internally and externally (audits, accounts commissioners, management, third parties).
• Lead and manage a team effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Advanced degree in accounting and management (business school, DECF, Master 2 in accounting/management) with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, notably in the industrial sector and international context.
• Solid knowledge in legal, fiscal, and social domains.
• Attributes required: rigor, organizational skills, autonomy, curiosity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and geographic mobility are mandatory.
• Additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese) are valued.
• Experience within VINCI Energies is advantageous.
