Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Resourcing Specialist to join our energetic team located in Burswood. This permanent role provides an opportunity to manage your own desk within a profitable cost center while benefiting from the resources of one of Australia's most successful recruitment agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and expand your own permanent recruitment desk focused on blue-collar placements leveraging national network support.
• Generate sales and drive business growth through proactive telesales, client visits, lead generation, and uncovering new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
• Source, attract, interview, and place candidates by utilizing innovative sourcing and marketing techniques.

Required Skills and Experience

• Preferably have prior agency recruitment experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven abilities in business development and sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients and candidates.
