Role Overview

As a Residential Property Manager, you will oversee both the commercial and technical aspects of property management, ensuring compliance with all legal standards, especially for residential buildings in the Berlin area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage residential properties using ix-Haus software coupled with Casavi and EverReal platforms.
• Lead coordination and supervision of various external service providers.
• Maintain master data and conduct property-related controlling, including preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties, initiating necessary corrective or maintenance measures.
• Contribute to expanding the property management services across the Berlin region.
• Collaborate closely with the lettings team to streamline processes.

Candidate Profile

• Completion of property-focused vocational training or an academic degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience spanning multiple years in residential property management.
• Beneficial knowledge of building services engineering and structural considerations.
• Familiarity with ix-Haus software is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in stakeholder interaction.
• Sound commercial insight with expertise in financial reporting and documentation.
