Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and sales-oriented Reservations Agent to oversee all booking operations. The right candidate will bring a background in hospitality or holiday homes, demonstrate a strong sales skill set with proven success in converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bookings on multiple platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTAs.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to guest booking queries and requests.
• Enhance sales by upselling supplementary services and maintaining high booking conversion rates.
• Keep precise records of bookings, payments, and guest details using reservation software.
• Collaborate with operations and housekeeping teams to guarantee smooth guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Analyze availability, pricing, and booking patterns to optimize occupancy and revenue generation.
• Address guest complaints or concerns professionally with a solution-focused mindset.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in reservations, hospitality, or holiday home management.
• Proven sales experience with strong lead conversion abilities.
• Hands-on familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and similar booking platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and excel in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with reservation or CRM systems is preferred.
