Role overview

NVIDIA Research Singapore is looking for a strong AI research scientist to contribute to GPU-accelerated, efficient AI computing. Key responsibilities

• Develop, research, and speed up new generative AI model architectures and methods.

• Move promising research outcomes into product-facing teams.
• Collaborate with outside researchers and academic partners.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of large language models and foundation models.
• Evidence of publication in leading conferences such as CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, or NeurIPS.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in computer science or electrical engineering, backed by a strong research record.
• Strong coding ability in rapid prototyping environments such as Python; experience with C++ and parallel programming such as CUDA is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with standard machine learning frameworks, including PyTorch.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
