Role overview

The company is looking for seasoned Relationship Managers or Senior Relationship Managers who have hands-on experience in secured lending and mortgage-based sales. The position is centered on growing business through customer acquisition, relationship building, and achievement of sales and disbursement goals.

What you will do

• Bring in new business through open market sales efforts.
• Identify and onboard customers for Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) and other secured lending offerings.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers.
• Meet assigned monthly targets for sales and loan disbursement.
• Work closely with internal teams to support timely loan processing and payout.

Skills and experience

• Experience in Micro LAP / loan against property sales.
• Background in secured lending products.
• Knowledge of mortgage sales and open market sourcing.
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Proven customer acquisition capability.
• Business development and sales execution skills.
