Role Summary

The Regional Manager will oversee a specific territory within the GTA, managing a team of Sales Representatives promoting premium television and audio products in retail settings. The role entails motivating the team to engage customers effectively, communicate key brand messages, and boost sales and brand recognition. Performance is closely monitored weekly, with bonuses linked to achieving both individual and regional sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to meet and surpass sales goals, improve client experience, and ensure operational compliance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to Sales Representatives.
• Conduct frequent in-field visits to support staff and verify exemplary in-store execution.
• Formulate and apply strategies to enhance performance in stores with lower sales.
• Ensure all team members complete mandatory training and ongoing coaching.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing to guarantee full territory coverage.
• Foster career advancement, succession planning, and employee retention.
• Oversee daily operational tasks including reporting, payroll, communications, and HR functions.
• Prepare performance analysis reports highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and prospects.
• Maintain adherence to field processes, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
• Organize and maintain an effective weekly schedule aligned with business demands.
• Collaborate with Program Director and cross-functional teams on key projects.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of three years in supervisory or management roles, preferably within retail.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with capability in coaching and developing teams.
• Experience in wireless, consumer electronics, or appliance retail is highly valued.
• Proven track record of driving sales through effective team management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and partner relationship management.
• Ability to assist in recruitment and hiring processes as needed.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends according to business requirements.
