Job Overview
A client partnered with Kforce seeks a Remote Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment focusing on mid to senior level positions. The role works closely with executive leadership and Senior HR Business Partners to manage hiring processes and candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment activities in collaboration with company leadership and senior HR representatives.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for mid and senior level roles.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and clients to negotiate employment offers and secure candidate acceptance.
- Identify potential candidates through referrals, networking, and database searches both internally and externally.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural compatibility.
- Participate in networking events like industry conferences and meetups to attract top talent.
- Create proactive recruitment plans to meet future staffing needs, support internal mobility, and facilitate succession planning.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 years combined experience in agency and internal recruiting with a strong drive to identify and place top talent.
- Exemplary ethical standards with the ability to foster trust.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience through efficient processes and timely communication.
- Familiarity with Taleo Enterprise Edition applicant tracking system.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation ranges are estimates; final pay depends on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, and performance. The employer reserves the right to modify compensation as needed. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 401(k) plan, and life, disability, and accidental death & dismemberment insurance, applicable to eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly workers receive paid sick leave on applicable contracts and otherwise only if mandated by law. This position is not eligible for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
