Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will manage recruitments focused mainly on internal opportunities across multiple divisions. You will juggle multiple roles simultaneously, handling tasks from job posting to offer management. Building strong relationships with candidates and managers is essential. Experience sourcing and hiring technical talent across programs and functions is required, along with a deep understanding of internal talent mapping.

Reporting and Contract Details

You will report to the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition. This is an 18-month Limited Term Employment (LTE) position based in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with organizational leaders and TA partners to develop short-term recruiting strategies to attract top candidates.
• Work closely with internal clients to explore initiatives tapping internal talent pools.
• Lead end-to-end hiring activities including research, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Create diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing such as referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct candidate assessments and recommend suitable candidates for hiring manager interviews.
• Organize kickoff meetings and ongoing recruitment discussions with hiring managers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and postings.
• Maintain applicant data and update statuses in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop strong professional relationships with HR partners and business leaders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success recruiting a broad range of roles from entry to senior leadership.
• Additional expertise in recruiting operations, talent sourcing, or HR is advantageous.
• Experience conducting global searches in fast-paced and matrixed environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to apply creativity and rigor in talent acquisition while adapting efficiently to shifting priorities.

Compensation Details

The salary for this role ranges between $107,400 and $161,200 USD annually. In Seattle, Washington D.C., and Boston (Cambridge), the range is $118,200 to $177,200 USD. Placement within the range depends on skills, experience, and expertise assessed during interviews, balanced against our mission-driven compensation philosophy.

Work Authorization and Hiring Process

Candidates must have unrestricted employment authorization in the USA, as the Foundation does not sponsor work visas for this position. Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check.
