Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical and non-technical roles within the company. This key position involves partnering with hiring managers and leadership to attract and onboard talent aligning with our company values and objectives, enhancing our employer brand across multiple channels, and ensuring a seamless candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and formulate attractive job descriptions.
• Implement recruitment strategies to source candidates for engineering, technical, and support positions.
• Utilize diverse sourcing tools such as professional networks, job boards, employee referrals, and events to attract quality applicants.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and manage candidates from initial contact to hiring proposal.
• Maintain active and clear communication with candidates and interview teams throughout the hiring process.
• Extend job offers, assist in offer negotiations, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout.
• Work alongside HR and Marketing teams to promote Fuss & O’Neill’s employer brand via the company website, social media, and other platforms.
• Organize and promote participation in external recruiting events like career fairs and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in engineering, architecture, or construction fields.
• Capable of managing multiple job openings across several professional areas simultaneously.
• Proficient in utilizing recruiting tools and platforms with excellent sourcing capabilities.
• Experienced in engaging both passive and active candidates, especially through LinkedIn and social media.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills enabling trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and exceptional candidate experiences.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary for this role is between $77,000 and $82,000 annually, dependent upon experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and location. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
