Recovery Executive

Role Overview

The Recovery Executive will be responsible for contacting customers to recover overdue payments and outstanding balances. This position requires proactive communication and effective negotiation skills to meet daily and monthly collection goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and dues.
• Consistently meet specified collection and recovery targets.
• Negotiate commitments for payment and ensure follow-up for timely receipt.
• Address and resolve customer queries maintaining professionalism throughout the interaction.
• Accurately document call details, payment updates, and customer communication in the system.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary in the range of 12000 to 30000 INR.
