Role Overview

Step into an energetic role at Malvina Major as a Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face and central point of contact for our community. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors warmly, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Perform administrative duties, including supporting accounts and managing office and reception tasks.
• Provide courteous, hospitable service to residents, family members, guests, and staff members.
• Handle incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist residents and visitors with general questions and concerns.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide cohesive support.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates empathy and patience, especially when interacting with elderly residents.
• Exhibits exceptional communication skills.
• Presents a dependable, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Applicants must have legal authorization to work in New Zealand due to immigration requirements.
