Role Overview

The Receptionist role based in the King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC), Rabigh, involves managing telephone and radio communications, directing calls to appropriate departments, and maintaining a detailed log of both inbound and outbound communications. You will also be responsible for updating the Shift Manager on all relevant departmental issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a High School diploma or equivalent diploma qualification.
• At least one year of experience working as a receptionist or in a front office capacity.
• A customer-oriented attitude coupled with a stable and pleasant demeanor.
• Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
• Good command of the English language for effective communication.
