About the Role

Codentrel, a prominent firm delivering IT, telecommunication, and AI-based solutions, is looking for a welcoming, professional, and highly organized Receptionist. This individual will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, playing a pivotal role in fostering a friendly environment while supporting smooth daily office administration and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests and guide them to the appropriate personnel or meeting spaces.
  • Professionally answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-kept reception area consistently.
  • Handle the reception and distribution of mail, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Keep track of office supplies inventory and reorder materials when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, including reserving conference rooms and coordinating schedules.
  • Support administrative activities such as inputting data, preparing documents, and filing paperwork.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless office functionality.
  • Provide basic information about Codentrel’s services to visitors and callers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completion of high school or equivalent; a college diploma in Office Administration is advantageous.
  • At least one to two years’ experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative capacity.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with using common office devices such as printers, photocopiers, and telephony equipment.
  • Understanding of fundamental clerical and administrative procedures.
