Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Sales Manager to head our sales team, boost revenue, and nurture strong client connections. This is a full-time position located onsite in Noida.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure.
- Organize and conduct client meetings, property demonstrations, site tours, and contract negotiations.
- Establish and maintain enduring relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Stay informed about market dynamics and compile sales performance reports.
Candidate Profile
- At least three years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Thorough understanding of the Noida and Delhi NCR property markets.
- Strong sales acumen paired with effective negotiation capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Competency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is considered advantageous.
