About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Manager to join Hundred Yards Realtor Private Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves engaging with potential clients, comprehending their needs, and guiding them through property site visits. You will be responsible for presenting project information clearly, managing follow-ups to finalize sales, and nurturing long-term client relationships while consistently meeting set sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish communication with potential buyers and understand their home or property requirements.
• Arrange and lead property site tours to showcase projects effectively.
• Deliver comprehensive explanations about the features and benefits of real estate projects.
• Maintain consistent follow-up on client inquiries and work towards closing deals successfully.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets to contribute to business growth.
• Regularly update customer relationship management (CRM) tools and keep accurate sales documentation.
• Keep abreast of the latest market trends and real estate developments to provide informed advice.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered ranges between 50000 and 70000 INR.
