React Native Developer

About the Role

Join Cook House as a React Native Developer based in Delhi-NCR, where you will contribute to developing and managing applications within the Cookhouse and Cattercom platforms. You will focus on creating new functional modules, maintaining and upgrading administrative web dashboards, and ensuring premium user experience across mobile and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new features for the Cookhouse and Cattercom ecosystems such as automated feedback systems, bulk upload functionalities, and sophisticated menu scheduling interfaces.
• Manage and enhance React-based admin panels, including transitioning older components to high-performance, modern UI elements like custom ProTable.
• Design and optimize database queries in Firebase/Firestore, ensuring robust data security and appropriate role-based access controls for various user types including Super Admin and Company Admin.
• Refine UI and UX to deliver visually appealing, responsive web applications using CSS variables and modular design principles.
• Debug complex React-specific issues such as infinite rendering loops, lifecycle bugs, and component portal challenges, while optimizing performance for large datasets.
• Maintain and improve automation scripts using Python tools like Playwright and python-pptx for UI capturing and report generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience developing frontend applications with React.js and Next.js, including proficiency with Context API and React Hooks.
• Demonstrable expertise in cross-platform mobile app development using React Native and Expo frameworks.
• Strong backend experience architecting serverless applications with Firebase, including Firestore data modeling, Authentication, Cloud Functions, and Security Rules.
• Familiarity with admin UI frameworks such as CoreUI, Material-UI, or Ant Design, and skilled in using CSS/Tailwind to create responsive, premium interfaces.
• Experience handling complex data imports and manipulations using Excel/CSV formats and managing JSON data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities in React environment to address complex component and state management issues.
• Proficiency with version control using Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Additional Advantageous Skills

• Experience integrating payment gateways such as Cashfree, Razorpay, or UPI.
• Knowledge of Python scripting for automation tasks, specifically Playwright and python-pptx.
• Portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality web application designs.
