Reach Truck Operator

About the Role

Arla Foods is seeking a skilled Reach Truck Operator to become a vital member of our Supply Chain team in Riyadh. This role involves operating reach trucks to support multiple warehouse activities while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach trucks to handle loading, unloading, stocking, replenishing, and picking tasks.
• Conduct daily inspections of the reach truck and report any malfunctions or defects.
• Accurately record all stock movements using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
• Apply First Expiry First Out (FEFO) principles when replenishing products to maintain quality standards.
• Uphold warehouse safety, cleanliness, and comply with food safety requirements.
• Assist with inventory audits and support overall warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of practical experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment.
• Must hold a valid reach truck operator license or certification.
• Proven familiarity with warehouse operational processes, inventory controls, and WMS software.
• Experience using handheld barcode scanners and understanding of FEFO inventory management.
• Basic proficiency in English or Arabic for communication purposes.
• Flexibility to work in shifts within temperature-controlled warehouse settings.
