Quality Inspector - Automotive Components

Overview

We are seeking dedicated Quality Inspectors to join our team at Maswer Automotive India Private Limited located in Nelamangala, Karnataka. This opportunity involves working within the Bosch Warehouse environment focusing on ensuring the quality of automotive parts through diligent inspection and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough visual inspections of automotive components following established quality guidelines.
• Identify defective parts and effectively segregate them to prevent quality issues downstream.
• Utilize fundamental measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges accurately.
• Maintain precise records of inspections and update quality documentation regularly.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and 5S methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and production teams to address and rectify quality concerns promptly.
• Adapt to rotational shift schedules as part of daily work routine.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess ITI, Diploma, or BE/B.Tech degrees in Mechanical engineering or related fields.
• Applicants with 6 months to 4 years of relevant experience are preferred; freshers with pertinent internships or training will also be considered.

• The position is located at Bosch Warehouse, Nelamangala, Karnataka.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Number of vacancies is between four and five.
