About the Role
Servier Ireland is seeking a committed Quality Control Analyst to join their Analytical Services Laboratory team located in Arklow, County Wicklow. This role is integral to ensuring the quality and compliance of products through rigorous laboratory testing and adherence to established protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct all assigned laboratory tests promptly according to schedules and instructions.
- Review and verify documentation to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Comply thoroughly with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Ensure laboratory instruments are properly maintained, calibrated, and utilized correctly within your area.
- Uphold good housekeeping practices and adhere to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards daily.
- Work collaboratively within the laboratory department and across other teams.
- Participate actively in health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives.
- Commit to ongoing professional development by completing required training and learning activities.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Science, Agricultural Science, or a closely related scientific field.
- Demonstrate strong IT proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Exhibit proactive self-motivation, strong initiative, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Desirable: 2 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical laboratory or similar industry roles.
