Role overview
This role is for a Quality Assurance Lead at a rubber component manufacturing company based in SIDCO Industrial Estate, Hosur. The business, established in 1992, produces rubber seals, oil seals, gaskets, and mounts for industrial and automotive use.
Responsibilities
- Maintain adherence to quality management system requirements and standards.
- Carry out scheduled audits and on-site inspections.
- Support and push ongoing improvement efforts across quality processes.
- Take charge of implementing the quality management system.
- Oversee and evaluate supplier performance.
