About the Role
Join Linde Sigas as a QRA Manager in Saudi Arabia, where you will adhere to Linde's Integrity standards and uphold compliance with medical management system policies. This position involves conducting business trips for customer engagements, audits, and compliance assistance while managing administrative responsibilities and training progress for Quality and Regulatory Affairs personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute quality strategies within the REE and EMEA regions through active leadership involvement.
- Contribute to global quality governance and foster quality initiatives across various regions.
- Develop and tailor quality management tools and organize working groups at both regional and global levels.
- Lead Quality and Regulatory Affairs efforts in the Middle East, facilitating policy implementation in emerging countries.
- Build and manage an effective QRA team focused on professional development and regulatory adherence.
- Conduct audits and oversee Quality Management Systems, promoting continuous enhancements and supplier compliance.
- Engage in negotiations with regulatory authorities regarding medical gases and devices standards, addressing non-compliance to safeguard patient safety.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and pharmacovigilance.
- Experience collaborating with multicultural teams, external partners, regulatory bodies, and associations.
- Acquainted with complex organizational matrix structures, ideally surpassing business segment boundaries.
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is considered advantageous.
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Pharmacy or a related field.
- More than three years of professional experience or studies in the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector, particularly with quality management system implementation and maintenance.
