Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with Glovo's Q-commerce partners, especially in retail and specialty sectors such as pharmacies, green grocers, butcheries, and liquor stores, ensuring active engagement and meeting their needs.
  • Oversee partner business performance, analyze core KPIs through reports, and take necessary actions to achieve business objectives and company OKRs.
  • Lead partner acquisition and relationship management in expansion cities like Mombasa, handling end-to-end responsibilities including P&L oversight.
  • Travel to various cities to obtain partner feedback and facilitate improvements in product, marketing, and operational areas.
  • Ensure partners' content quality is maintained to a high standard.
  • Enhance Glovo’s in-store visibility via marketing activations with partners' offline stores.
  • Improve revenue streams by renegotiating commissions and monetizing partner relationships effectively.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners and Glovo’s internal departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
