Job Overview
As a QC Unit Head at Napco National, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes to ensure production meets the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing various collected data to guide decision-making and applying maintenance knowledge relevant to NAPCO operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and gather data from diverse sources, analyze outcomes, and prepare detailed reports to support organizational decisions.
- Demonstrate expertise in different technical maintenance types employed at NAPCO, independently applying condition monitoring and fundamental preventive maintenance methods.
- Establish and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure and control quality control processes, aiming to maintain superior product quality.
