Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase requisitions, change orders, and supplier quotation requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate procurement business system data input and uphold data integrity.
• Examine and evaluate purchase requisitions thoroughly.
• Oversee costs, timelines, and scopes of subcontracts to negotiate optimal quality and value.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and engineering teams to address and resolve any quality concerns.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the company.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma in any field, preferably in Electronics, Engineering, or Mechanical disciplines.
• Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of four years of direct procurement or buyer experience in the construction sector are eligible.
