Role Overview

The Property Caretaker position is a full-time, on-site role located in Noakhali District. This role entails comprehensive responsibility for the maintenance, security, and general upkeep of the company's premises. Daily tasks include ensuring the property is clean and secure, managing minor repairs, and promptly reporting issues or damages to management.

The caretaker also supervises visitor entry, assists with basic front-desk or receptionist duties as needed, and helps prepare the facilities for everyday operations or special company events. Close collaboration with operations and security personnel is expected, along with adherence to company policies and safety protocols. The position requires the caretaker to maintain a professional demeanor throughout the workday.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills for professional interaction with visitors, employees, and service providers.
• Capability to perform basic receptionist tasks such as welcoming guests and handling simple inquiries or directions.
• Ability to support concierge-like functions, including managing access to facilities and assisting with basic scheduling or reservations related to property use.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order both indoors and outdoors.
• Previous experience in facility management, security, hospitality, or maintenance is advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site in the Noakhali District while adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills; familiarity with the local language and simple record-keeping is preferred.
