Project Scheduler

About the Role

We are collaborating with a top-tier global biotechnology company to hire a Project Scheduler on a 12-month contract basis, with potential for extension. This hybrid position is located in Shanbally, Cork, providing an annual salary up to €72,000 (pro rata).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and optimize project schedules using Microsoft Project and Planview tools.
• Support portfolio planning activities including resource and capacity forecasting.
• Ensure effective governance, reporting, and risk management across project schedules.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum five years of experience as a Project Scheduler or Portfolio Planner within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.
• Practical expertise in Microsoft Project and Planview applications.
• Strong skills in managing project scheduling, portfolio planning, resource/capacity allocations, and schedule reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and diverse stakeholder expectations in dynamic environments.
• Exceptional communication, analytical abilities, and stakeholder management proficiency.

Certification: PMP certification is strongly preferred.
