Role Overview

Futuro Dei Progetti seeks a dedicated Project Manager to join their Jeddah office in a full-time, on-site capacity. The successful candidate will oversee projects from start to finish, defining project scopes, timelines, and coordinating the necessary resources. Key responsibilities include managing expediting processes, monitoring logistics, supervising inspection activities, and ensuring projects comply with specifications and uphold quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion with clear planning and coordination.
• Manage expediting tasks to guarantee the punctual supply of materials and services.
• Oversee inspection procedures to maintain strict quality control throughout the project.
• Handle logistics management, including scheduling, transportation, and supply chain oversight.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to address and resolve project challenges.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Support and implement process optimization initiatives for enhanced project delivery efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in project management, covering planning, coordination, and lifecycle supervision.
• Experience with expediting practices ensuring timely availability of project resources.
• Familiarity with inspection methodologies and quality assurance protocols.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations including transportation and supply chain management.
• Educational background in engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Competence in using project management software and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, on-site environment and adapt to changing project demands.
