Job Summary
The role involves overseeing the replacement of 14 elevators at pedestrian bridges across multiple locations in Dubai. The appointed Project Manager will be accountable for delivering the project safely, punctually, on budget, and ensuring compliance with client requirements as well as UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all project phases from mobilization through to completion and handover.
- Effectively plan, coordinate, and supervise site activities, resources, and subcontractors involved.
- Maintain adherence to project specifications, quality criteria, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and contractual terms.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and all stakeholders.
- Track project schedule, budgeting, risk factors, and progress, applying corrective measures when necessary.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and ensure successful project delivery and handover.
- Generate progress reports regularly and participate in project meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management including a minimum of 5 years managing elevator installation or replacement projects or comparable infrastructure work within the UAE.
- Experience with RTA or government infrastructure projects is an added benefit.
- Possession of PMP certification and UAE driving license is preferred.

- Strong capabilities in project planning and team leadership.
- Sound knowledge of elevator systems, infrastructure projects, and UAE HSE regulations.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent skills in communication, coordination, and managing stakeholders.
