Location

This Project Manager role is part of the Customer Experience team and is fully remote, suitable for candidates located on the East Coast US, the UK, or Ireland.

Role Summary and Responsibilities

The Project Manager will support the company-wide Project Management Office (PMO), facilitating key cross-functional initiatives from initial planning through to execution with a strong emphasis on collaboration and transparency. Key duties include:

Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines
Keeping comprehensive documentation and maintaining clear communication throughout project cycles
Identifying and executing operational enhancements
Overseeing multiple teams to ensure achievement of project goals and delivery of results
Partnering with internal sponsors and cross-functional teams to allocate resources and plan execution
Managing project and program teams to maximize ROI and coordinate cross-project alignment
Defining key requirements for internal teams and external vendors
Administering project scope, deadlines, and budget oversight where applicable
Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
Producing timely reports on project status, outcomes, and lessons learned
Encouraging collaboration and accountability across global, cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in a formal Project Manager role leading cross-functional projects, utilizing standard project management practices
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong organizational capabilities and stakeholder management expertise
Proven track record managing projects end-to-end in dynamic, global settings
Self-driven, independent, proactive with ownership attitude
Excellent relationship-building and alignment skills in matrixed environments
Highly motivated, goal-focused, adaptable to shifting priorities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail, adept at balancing overview and specifics
Ability to work flexibly within rapidly changing team environments
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
Positive attitude with a good sense of humor and enjoyment in workplace interactions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
