ملازمت کی تفصیل
Role overview
Aviva is hiring an experienced Project Manager in Dublin for a 6-month contract. This is an inside IR35 assignment. The role sits within a fast-moving environment where you will guide complex projects from the planning stage through to successful delivery, while keeping governance, compliance and stakeholder alignment firmly in focus.
What you will do
You will own the planning and execution of demanding projects, making sure deliverables are completed on schedule, within agreed scope, and in line with internal procedures, regulatory obligations and relevant standards.
Your day-to-day work will include maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets and records, tracking progress and applying effective change control. You will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders, keep communication clear, gather and refine requirements, spot risks early, reduce issues before they escalate, and share timely progress reports with senior leaders.
Beyond delivery, you will help improve project management frameworks, methods and templates. You will also act as a knowledgeable point of contact for complex project matters, offering guidance, coaching and support to junior colleagues.
A significant part of the role is contributing to positive customer outcomes. This means making decisions in good faith, helping prevent foreseeable customer harm, and supporting customers in working toward their financial goals.
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience managing complex projects end to end, along with a strong grasp of project governance and established delivery practices. You should be comfortable handling scope, timelines, budgets and change processes, and confident building productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
You will need solid experience in risk and issue management, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prepare documentation, reports and presentations for senior audiences. Good organisation, sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle several priorities in a busy environment are essential. Experience mentoring or supporting junior project team members would be a plus.
Ideal background
Applications are especially welcome from candidates who have delivered complex change or transformation programmes in regulated environments and who understand governance, compliance and customer-led delivery. A proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous improvement are important.
Application notes
Please include an up-to-date CV with your application.
