Project Manager

Northpower seeks a motivated and seasoned Project Manager to supervise the execution of network service projects and fault response activities. This position is vital to ensuring adherence to operational, regulatory, and customer standards while managing performance, mitigating risks, and maintaining transparent communications with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager is tasked with delivering projects and fault interventions in a safe, effective manner aligned with operational, regulatory, and customer expectations. Duties include overseeing the entire job lifecycle, maintaining precise documentation and job records, updating Powerco's OMS regarding R2 faults, organizing materials, resources, subcontractors, and necessary approvals, and preparing detailed work packs for field teams. Financial oversight involves tracking project and fault budgets, forecasting and actual expenses, managing invoicing, and reporting accurately to clients and internal teams. The role aims to consistently meet or surpass performance objectives to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Candidate Experience

• Extensive project management background, preferably within utilities, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong organizational capabilities and effective communication skills.
• Competency in analyzing financial data and budget management.
• Robust problem-solving aptitude with the ability to act decisively under pressure.
• Knowledge of scheduling platforms, reporting systems, and industry-relevant procedures.
• Experience in network operations or fault management is beneficial.
