Job description
Role Overview
Maycroft Construction is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception through to their successful completion. This key role involves overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality benchmarks. You will be responsible for managing crucial upstream and downstream relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
- Must have substantial experience in commercial construction.
- Demonstrable success in project management roles.
- Strong capability to juggle multiple competing demands, prioritize effectively, and manage risks and issues proactively.
- Proven record in cultivating and maintaining productive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Additional Information
As the company regularly handles major projects, candidates should be flexible and able to work at out-of-town locations as required.
