About the Company
Essvee Services is a rapidly expanding firm specializing in commercial interior fit-out solutions, located in Gurugram. Established in 2019, the company delivers turnkey workspace projects including corporate offices, retail outlets, hospitality venues, and other commercial interiors with a reputation for quality and on-time completion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee complete project execution for commercial interior and turnkey fit-out projects.
- Act as liaison among clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans, regularly monitoring progress.
- Manage timely procurement of materials and optimal resource deployment.
- Track project budgets, timelines, quality benchmarks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine site inspections, hold project review sessions, and prepare progress reports.
- Address challenges during project execution and maintain clear communication channels with clients.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines and budget limits.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines.
- Have at least four years’ experience in commercial interiors, interior fit-outs, construction management, or turnkey projects.
- Demonstrate strong skills in project planning, execution, and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership capabilities, and team coordination skills.
- Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
