About the Team
The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team manages the operational aspects of security model development and iteration across TikTok's international products. Their objective is to maintain product security and nurture a healthy environment for content creation and community engagement.
Role Overview
This internship offers hands-on exposure to impactful short-term projects providing professional experience in a dynamic setting. Interns will develop practical skills through active participation in projects focused on enhancing model training and business improvement strategies related to safety operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in labeling projects by preparing and tracking critical project metrics to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Utilize business platforms and other tools effectively to monitor project progress and ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Supply regular updates on project status and work to enhance the overall project experience within the business domain.
- Support data analysis related to projects to enable informed, data-driven decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled university students able to commit to at least three months with a minimum of four working days per week.
- Quick comprehension of business concepts and model training workflows.
- Proficient communication and writing skills in English.
- Competency in data analysis and project management.
- Strong ability to coordinate, collaborate, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- A proactive mindset with responsibility toward optimizing processes for enhanced management efficiency.
