Key Responsibilities

• Create plan and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Confirm color schemes for projects.
• Verify layout quantities accurately.
• Manage order placements for various projects.
• Compile handover packets and checklists for project completion.
• Develop and maintain the Master schedule, ensuring tasks progress timely as per plan.
• Coordinate all project activities with clients, consultants, and subcontractors efficiently.
• Perform on-site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and design specifications.
• Participate actively in site visits and coordination meetings.
• Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Open to candidates lacking prior experience but enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD is advantageous.
