Project Coordinator – Integrated ISO Management Systems

About the Role

EPIC Trainings & Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator with expertise in Integrated ISO Management Systems (IMS) to become part of our expanding team in Saudi Arabia. The individual will be responsible for coordinating high-quality consulting projects, and acting as a key point of contact between clients and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of management systems according to ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee multiple consultancy projects focused on the design, implementation, and improvement of integrated management systems (IMS).
• Facilitate seamless communication and cooperation between clients and cross-functional teams.
• Provide both internal and external auditing support to ensure quality compliance with industry norms and accreditation requirements.
• Participate actively in training programs dedicated to management systems, offering guidance and expertise where necessary.
• Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive reports to management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management is required.
• Professional certification as a Lead Auditor in ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) from recognized bodies such as IRCA, PECB, Exemplar Global, or an equivalent international accreditation authority.
• PMP or a comparable project management certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both English and Arabic for communication and presentations.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in engineering consultancy, with a significant track record in implementing integrated management systems, conducting audits, and participating in consulting and training projects.
