Program Manager - Kraken Distribution

As a member of the Kraken Distribution team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming energy distributors' operations by placing customer centricity and cost efficiency at the forefront using cutting-edge technology and exceptional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client executives and technology stakeholders, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to align on priorities and escalate client concerns effectively.
• Establish success criteria and governance frameworks for the technical components of major client programs.
• Lead the localization efforts of the Kraken platform to fulfill client requirements while aligning with Kraken's development roadmap.
• Communicate client needs, timelines, and considerations internally, facilitating timely execution of technical adaptations and developments.
• Manage internal Kraken developers and external partners contributing to client projects to guarantee successful and prompt technology migrations.
• Ensure technology delivery meets clients’ business objectives and supports their operational requirements.
• Possess comprehensive understanding of Kraken’s infrastructure and align client directives with the overarching platform and business goals.
• Implement training initiatives aimed at enhancing clients’ technical capabilities.
• Promote the Kraken methodology of tech delivery, aiding clients in adopting new mindsets toward technology implementation.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills capable of clearly explaining decisions related to platform priorities and client benefits while building credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in managing complex, fast-moving, long-term programs including supervising teams and processes to drive optimal client outcomes.
• Strong technical aptitude with a logical and problem-solving mindset within an agile framework; familiarity with iterative technology deployment and Kraken's platform capabilities.
• Solid business acumen to contextualize technology decisions according to client and Kraken’s strategic goals.
• Significant experience overseeing complex technology implementation or migration projects in the utility sector or related industries.
• Demonstrated background in software adaptation, deployment, and integration projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
• Prior involvement with Customer Information Systems (CIS), Metering, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementations in utilities such as telecommunications, water, or energy.
