Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing Winnipeg manufacturing facility as Production Workers and Helpers. Ideal candidates will thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment handling HVAC system component assembly, particularly working with stainless steel and aluminum materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly line tasks focused on the fabrication and assembly of stainless steel and aluminum HVAC components.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate a firm commitment to workplace safety.
• Physically fit with capability to perform heavy lifting as required.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Reading and interpreting drawings, breakdowns, and welding symbols is considered an asset.
• Willingness and ability to work shift schedules as needed.

Compensation and Advancement

The starting pay rate is $17.65 per hour with opportunities for advancement available.
