Role Overview
- Oversee the comprehensive maintenance planning and scheduling operations at the site to achieve optimal overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Manage administrative responsibilities related to production planning.
- Organize regular performance review meetings with production teams to prioritize and coordinate planned activities.
- Develop detailed standard operating procedures for all scheduled and unscheduled production tasks.
- Apply structured problem-solving methods such as PDCA to enhance the planning and scheduling process and minimize downtime.
- Support compliance with quality standards and environmental initiatives across the facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least three years of related professional experience.
- Familiarity with key concepts, best practices, and procedures pertinent to the field.
- Preferred: Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Preferred: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

FIJI Water is bottled at its natural artesian source in Viti Levu and is renowned for its balanced pH of 7.7 and higher electrolyte content compared to other premium brands. It is available in multiple sizes ranging from 330ml to 1.5L, including sport-cap options. Approximately 70% of its global bottle volume is produced using 100% recycled plastic, reflecting the brand's dedication to sustainability.
