Position Overview

This entry-level role is tailored for individuals enthusiastic about launching a career in footwear production and operational management. The Production Coordinator will oversee accurate data entry, maintain robust communication with overseas factories, monitor production progress, and provide essential support to internal departments ensuring product deliveries meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input customer and stock purchase orders, maintain detailed production timelines and sample logs.
• Liaise daily via email with international factory partners to receive production updates and track shipment schedules.
• Update internal systems promptly to reflect any amendments in purchase orders and production milestones.
• Coordinate sample management by tracking incoming items, logging revisions, distributing samples within teams, and approving production samples.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Excel reports covering production schedules.
• Support production managers and quality assurance teams to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity or experience with A2000 ERP or similar production management systems.
• Background in footwear, apparel, or consumer goods manufacturing.

Work Schedule

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with some activities potentially extending beyond normal hours to accommodate communications with overseas manufacturers.
