Role overview
Timberwolf Studios is an award-winning creative production studio based in New York City. The team develops branded content for clients including Diageo, Rolling Stone, G-Shock, GoPuff, and Andis. They are hiring a detail-oriented coordinator to work closely with the founder and senior leadership.
This position is designed for someone at an early stage in their career who wants practical exposure to how premium production projects are run and grow alongside a scaling studio.
Core responsibilities
- Support pre-production work such as casting, finding locations, and sourcing props and set-design elements.
- Handle purchases, returns, runner tasks, on-set logistics, and iPhone behind-the-scenes capture during shoots.
- Edit secondary content, especially behind-the-scenes material.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
Candidate profile
- You should be highly organized, adaptable, and steady when production weeks become intense.
- Interest in production and social content is important; familiarity with the space is expected.
- You need to be comfortable taking ownership of smaller tasks from start to finish without needing repeated follow-up.
- Applicants must be based in New York City and able to work in person.
Working arrangement
This is a part-time, on-site role with a fixed schedule of 3 days per week, plus the possibility of extra hours as needed.
Compensation and growth
