Role Overview

This position involves working remotely as a Product Tester from anywhere in the U.S. The role entails participating in various In-Home Usage Testing projects where you will provide sincere, thorough feedback on a diverse selection of products. The schedule is flexible, generally requiring 15 to 25 hours weekly, adaptable to personal availability. It suits individuals looking for entry-level, part-time, or seasonal work. Prior experience is not necessary. Compensation is between $25 and $45 per hour depending on the project, with payments processed weekly by direct deposit or check.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately documenting each In-Home Usage Test by submitting screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journals per the specified timelines.
Utilizing and handling products responsibly following the provided instructions.
Adhering to daily project schedules that include unpacking, reading instructions, submitting online/mobile feedback, writing reviews, photographing products, and using items as directed.
Employing MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology when necessary to capture emotional reactions and deeper insights.
Engaging in private chats or discussions organized by research firms related to tested products.
Honest and detailed reviewing to support brand improvement efforts.

Candidate Qualifications

Ability to carefully follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail coupled with a curious and open mindset.
Access to reliable internet and a computer.
Possession of a smartphone or digital camera capable of clear photographs.
Excellent communication skills and integrity.
Availability to commit to 15-25 hours weekly while maintaining a consistent routine.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
