Product Manager

About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the Asia-Pacific region, is searching for an experienced Product Manager to join their team. This position involves collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and implement the product vision, mission, and strategic roadmap. The role requires identifying opportunities for digital transformation and formulating go-to-market approaches while managing the product's budget and expenditure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product's vision, mission, and roadmap in partnership with relevant stakeholders and Product Owner.
• Spot digital transformation potentials and design launch strategies.
• Manage budgeting aspects of the product, including securing funds and controlling expenses.
• Utilize Design Thinking methods to discover gaps and craft innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and experiments aimed at validating solutions and enhancing user experience journeys.
• Generate data-driven insights and analytics to support informed decision-making.
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, and progress reporting for both development and maintenance initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor relations and work closely with application and infrastructure teams.
• Lead stakeholders across business units such as procurement and finance for smooth project execution.
• Manage requirement gathering and review critical project documents including functional specs, test plans, and user manuals.
• Organize and supervise testing phases including User Acceptance, Security, and Performance testing as well as training and implementation activities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or related domains, including practical involvement in the entire product development lifecycle.
• Proven background in Product Management and IT business analysis.
• Experience with application solution design and testing; familiarity with Agile, Cloud technologies, Design Thinking, and product-centric development methodologies.
• Desirable skills include data analysis, product analytics, experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch), and Salesforce platform expertise.
