Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to take charge of defining and steering the strategy, development process, and overall lifecycle of our products. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that effectively address customer challenges and propel business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and clearly articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collect and prioritize requirements from customers, the market, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate product success by analyzing KPIs and customer feedback.
• Coordinate product launches alongside marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Perform market research and analyze competitors.
• Interact with customers to identify pain points and confirm product concepts.
• Promote ongoing product enhancement through decisions grounded in data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Product Management or a closely related field.
• Proficiency with product management software such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
