Product Manager

Role Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. This role demands comprehensive ownership of product features throughout their lifecycle—from initial concept and launch to subsequent iterations and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and deliver the product roadmap.
• Collect and prioritize customer requirements to ensure they align with overarching business goals.
• Manage product features end-to-end, from ideation through launch and iteration phases.
• Lead agile development workflows leveraging tools like Jira and Linear.
• Conduct and lead cross-functional meetings to clearly communicate vision, progress, and priorities.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to refine product strategies and create a unique market position.
• Track product performance metrics to continuously enhance user satisfaction and product quality.

Candidate Profile

• At least three years of product management experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• Strong proficiency in product management platforms, including Jira and Linear.
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working effectively with remote and distributed teams.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated history of successfully taking products from concept to launch.
• Effective collaboration with engineers, designers, and multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS, technology sectors, or startup companies.
• Experience scaling products for international markets and global teams.
• Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies considered a plus.

Compensation

The role offers an hourly rate ranging from $40 to $80.
