Barti is a venture-funded startup focused on reinventing eye care through AI-driven software. The platform is designed to help practices document care more efficiently, streamline operations, and improve the patient experience, allowing providers to spend more time on care delivery.

The company recently completed a Series A financing round and is expanding quickly as hundreds of practices adopt Barti to move away from older legacy systems. This is a high-growth stage where the team is extending into additional areas of eye care and continuing to shape the future of practice management.

About the Role

As Product Manager, you will take ownership of key parts of the platform and help guide product direction while working closely with engineering and design. You’ll partner with the team to understand the needs of eye care providers and play an important role in building a strong product function. Reporting to the COO and Co-Founder, this is the second product management hire and comes with meaningful ownership, visibility, and influence as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

• Define product direction for the platform and plan upcoming feature launches together with the founding PM and COO.
• Work directly with users to understand their goals, gather feedback, and identify pain points and opportunities for growth.
• Translate user and market insights into detailed product specifications, user stories, and technical requirements for engineering.
• Partner with engineering and design to launch features that improve the user experience and support business goals.
• Lead products end to end from early idea stage through release, ensuring smooth delivery and strong adoption.
• Set up, monitor, and assess product metrics to measure launch results and inform future improvements.
• Manage several parallel priorities with strong organization, clear prioritization, and effective scheduling.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup setting.
• A demonstrated history of taking products and features from idea to successful launch.
• Strong customer empathy and a clear focus on building solutions centered around user needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability, including the skill to present a clear direction and work across teams.
• A collaborative approach, a clear understanding of ownership, and comfort raising alignment questions early.
• Strong organizational ability, self-motivation, and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• High attention to detail and a meticulous working style.
• Ability to quickly pick up new tools and adjust to changing workflows.
• Comfort using AI tools in everyday work and the ability to explain how they shape your workflow.

Bonus Experience

• Background in HealthTech, especially with EHR, EMR, or practice management software.
• Experience building products for small businesses.
• Interest in helping shape how the product organization scales over time, beyond individual deliverables.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
