Role Overview
This role plays a critical part in strengthening Active Medical's procurement capabilities during its next phase of expansion. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, the successful candidate will oversee procurement planning, inventory optimization, commercial analysis, and supplier management to ensure timely availability of products at optimal costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate demand forecasts and optimize inventory levels.
- Conduct commercial evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance financial performance.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate favorable pricing, and support sourcing activities.
- Maintain precise records of product, supplier, and pricing data within procurement systems.
- Drive continuous enhancements in procurement processes, system governance, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, supply chain management, sourcing, or inventory planning with strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Proven expertise in procurement negotiations yielding cost efficiencies and value.
- Proficiency with procurement or ERP software systems, ideally NetSuite.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively across organizational levels.
