About the Role
This remote role, open exclusively for professionals based in Argentina or Uruguay, is with RYZ Labs supporting a client in the sports merchandising sector. The primary responsibility involves transforming card designs into flawless, press-ready visuals. The Retoucher will manage color correction, image retouching, and ensure overall visual excellence in line with pre-press standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee color consistency and accuracy across all imagery.
- Implement rigorous quality control checks to ensure visual materials meet project specifications and company standards.
- Collaborate effectively with photographers, designers, and other team members to deliver the desired retouched outputs.
- Detect and address issues related to image resolution, color, and overall quality.
- Promote a cooperative and communicative team environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in imaging and retouching.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in imaging and retouching workflows.
- Expertise with image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or comparable software specializing in color correction and retouching.
- In-depth understanding of color theory and proficiency in color management techniques.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
